Poster Design - Alley (Art) Fest WIP

I was asked to create a poster for our fairly kickass Alley Art fest.  Last year was the first year and I enjoyed it a lot - a good variety of experiences, music, and art.  Not your mama's craft fair for sure.

This is the final image:

They asked me if I could use a sketch I'd done last fall for a poster, and I said sure...  I've wanted to design a poster for a while.  This is the work in progress, below:
